Try to take public transport or carpooling, parking space is limited.

Our shuttle bus drives from Geel train station to Wadada every 30 minutes on Friday and Sunday. It will be at the “Heistraat” side of Geel train station. Take the underground passage to cross the trainrails to get there. 

Closest train station: Station Geel. 

Parking is included for free in your ticket.
Parking 1, 2 & 3: Katersberg 144, 2440 Geel
Camperparking (Vans only: no cars, no tents!): Schransdijk, 2440 Geel

Got a skill or passion you want to share? You can host your own workshop at Wadada Festival! Think flow art, slackline, soundsystem culture, jewelry, yoga, upcycling, music, poetry, crafts, jamming, interviews, juggling, improv, meditation, breathwork, … whatever you’re passionate about!

HOW TO HOST A WORKSHOP?
When you arrive at the festival, make & hang your own sign (max. A5 size) on the new WORKSHOP BOARD with the details (WHAT / WHEN / WHERE). Workshops can be held anywhere at the festival, or you can reserve a timeslot for the dedicated WORKSHOP AREA while you’re putting up your sign.

HOW TO JOIN A WORKSHOP?
Just show up at the time & place of the workshop described on the Workshop Board.

IS IT FREE?
Yes, all workshops are free to host and FREE TO PARTICIPATE. As a host, after the workshop you’re welcome to ask for donations from your attendees and/or sell your crafts — 100% of what you collect is yours to keep.

MORE INFO:
The community workshops are self-governed. By the festival visitors, for festival visitors.
We provide the Workshop Board & Workshop Area with tent, electricity and a table. Anything else you need to host you should bring yourself.
You still need a ticket in order to enter the festival.
No pre-registrations, anyone can show up to participate.
Reserving the Workshop Tent is only possible at the Workshop Board during the festival, not before.
Please clean up your space after your workshop.
No fire, glass or weapons
 No loud music near the stages
